I am Vince and this is my personal website. The name filbar is an adaption of the acronym fubar (Fucked Up Beyond All Recognition) and my last name Filby. I did something exceptionally odd one day and my friend Clayton said, "that's filbar!" Somehow the name stuck and, mother of all surprises, the domain was available.

I am Canadian and I want to move to Chicago in the end of september. I need a work Visa for the U.S, I have no idea where to start. I have read a lot about different options for a work visa, but I am totally lost right now.
I cannot go anywhere now because I lost my visa last few weeks. I hope I can settle this soon, all the policies is killing me right now.
