Interesting article. Thanks

Interesting article. Thanks for the tips!

DIY Viagra and Cialis Packages

So, you know that Viagra is not always good to use with Cialis because the two drugs are meant to be taken only be erectile dysfunction patients.

That doesn't mean that your doctor has the final say because many professionals buy soft Viagra and soft Cialis tablets online.

What you need to know about Viagra is that the side effects are somewhat bear more risk that those of Cialis. Herbal Viagra and Cialis on the other hand have no chemical side effects.

Vincent,
This is a great

Vincent,

This is a great idea. I have a halogen set for my bicycle but as you say, the batteries don't last long. My sealed lead-acid that came with the lights died quickly so I replaced it with Ni-Mh AA batteries. I've been thinking of switching to LED headlights.

I'm currently designing a pair of ring lights for my motorbike side lights and have found super bright LEDs on ebay which claim to have up to 10% of the light output of a 100W incandescent light bulb. I'm planning to use 28 of them - equivalent to 280 Watts of incandescent light. I'll let you know how I get on. The LEDs have a 3.15 Volt forward voltage and 100mA current, so 4 in series can run off 12 Volts - or 2 in series can run off 6 volts (the forward voltage drops below 3 volts for lower currents but the light output is still high enough).

The secret with LEDs is to get ones with a wide enough viewing angle and high enough millicandela output to throw enough light on the road.

Regards,
Paddy O'Reilly

DIY superbright LED bike headlights

Thanks for sharing your great idea with us fellow bike commuters.

Yor article is clear and the pictures showing the light shed by this headlight are truly awsome.

I do have one question though, these superbright LED replacement bulbs are as far as I know designed to run on a Halogen transformer which delivers A.C. so I would expect some circuitry in the bulb to rectify this. Did you remove it, or will the lamps run on D.C. without modification?

Best regards from the Netherlands, I will share your great idea with fellow bikers.

Rob.

DIY Superbright led bike headlights

These lights were made almost two years ago, but I thought I would share them with the DIY community anyways. They are really, really bright. They have been given various names such as "The Face of God" lights etc; I also find that cars give me an unusually large amount of respect on the road at night when running with these lights (and two taillights purchased from http://www.mec.ca set in non-flash mode), probably because they are wondering what the heck I am. I have never been given so much space on the road as when I am running at night with these lights on.
